The client of the VOODOO talent search agency is an experienced company of advertising production professionals that provides these solutions in the markets of Lithuania and Latvia. Currently, as the company strengthens its position in the Latvian market, a business development professional is invited to join the team to work with customer search, attraction and long-term relationship building.

Search for business development opportunities in the Latvian market;
Segmentation of potential customers, contacting and full management of the sales process from a cold call to project implementation;
Working with major market players;
Building long-term relationships, negotiations;
Strategic and tactical actions contributing to the successful development of the company in the Latvian market.
Вимоги до співробітників
At least 5 years of sales or development experience;
Excellent negotiation and relationship building skills;
Ability to perform the full sales process (customer segments, cold calls, contacting, meetings, negotiations, project management;
Proactivity and the desire to do well and with maximum quality;
Experience in selling solutions for the Construction and Retail sectors is an advantage;
Work experience in the advertising sales sector is a big advantage.
