We're currently seeking motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as Aircraft Prepper.

Work Schedule:
- Enjoy a balanced work-life schedule with
o NOV – MAR: 6 days on and 1 day off
o APR – OCT: 4 days on and 4 days off

Trainings:

- Your salary will continuously increase based on your assessed level of upgraded skills.
- Access continuous training opportunities through Maas Aviation, including skill set matrix, health & safety, and site-specific training.
- Receive all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE), painting equipment, and tooling, including work clothes.
- Benefit from a comprehensive training program led by professional on-site trainers.
- Upon completion, receive a certificate as an Aircraft Painter to showcase your skills and expertise.
