VOODOO talent recruitment and headhunting agency client - BMI Executive Institute. It's a prestigious educational institution offering Executive MBA (EMBA) programs and in-company training solutions. Company pride ourselves on delivering accredited educational experiences with professors and coaches sourced from top European business schools. Sales team plays a critical role in connecting organizations and individuals in Lithuania with transformative educational opportunities. In order to strengthen the company's position in the market, you are invited to join the sales team as a business development manager.

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle for both our EMBA programs and in-company training solutions. This role is a mix of handling inbound leads for EMBA enrollments and proactive B2B outreach for in-company training offerings. You will be based in our Vilnius office, with the potential for cross-market engagements for French/Dutch-speaking candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Engagement with potential customers:
• Conducting cold calls to potential customers and prospects, identifying and qualifying leads
• Setting appointments
• Maintaining accurate records of all calls and interactions in the CRM system
2. EMBA Enrollment:
• Manage and nurture inbound leads, guiding prospective students through the decision-making and enrollment process.
Achieve or exceed annual enrollment targets for the EMBA program.
3. In-Company Training Sales:
• Conduct proactive outreach to organizations, identifying training needs and positioning BMI’s solutions effectively.
Manage the full B2B sales cycle including prospecting, meetings, proposal creation, and contract closure.
Achieve or exceed targets for client engagement and sales metrics.
4. Account Management:
• Develop and maintain relationships with large accounts to ensure ongoing partnerships for in-company training.
Employ effective account planning strategies to retain and grow client engagements.

Вимоги до співробітників

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably with a consultative selling approach.
Ability to manage relationships over extended sales cycles.
Comfort with direct feedback and a collaborative multinational team environment. Proficiency in English is required; Lithuanian, French, or Dutch is a plus.
High independence, tact, ability to communicate with different types of people.
